Every Day She Said ‘Hello’ To This Homeless Man. But One Day He Handed Her A Piece Of Paper…

A tendency that people have is that they are so quick to judge, too quick and without any justification. What do you think for yourself when you see a homeless men on the street, unshaved and unwashed. Most people will try to avoid them like the plague, walking in a big circle around the homeless person. Often when a beggar asks for change, people turn suddenly deaf or become extremely busy with their phone, ignoring the person completely.
In the rough world of capitalism, it becomes more difficult every day to pay the bills. People loose every they have left and right from because the grip of their depth has become too strong.  They have no other choice than to turn to the streets. Especially in the bigger cities.
We tend to forget that every person has a story to tell. Seeing someone roaming the streets, will not show another his whole life story. Some people just really didn’t get lucky. Being dealt a shitty hand of cards does not mean you lost the whole game. And it certainly doesn’t mean the game is over.
Judging a person by only giving them a look is like judging a book by it’s cover. Who knows maybe this person is a diamond in the rough and has a heart of gold. This can be said most definitely about Raimundo Arruda Sobrinho, a 77-year-old homeless man that lives on the street of São Paulo, Brazil.
House or no house, this man spent every day of the past 35 years pursuing his passion. He writes poetry and short stories. Raimundo didn’t mind being invisible for the the rest of the world. He was happy and satisfied that he could do what he loved.
One day everything changed, this was the day that a lady named Shalla came into his life. She noticed Raimundo’s writing and took the time to speak with him, they became friends and he gave her one of his poems.
The video below is a  documentary called “The Conditioned” and it tells the incredible story of Ramundo’s life and how it changed after giving Shalla one of his poems. Shalla was so touched by Ramundo’s poetry that she started a Facebook page to share his work with the world.
Watch this miraculous story of Raimundo’ below and see how it unfolds. Let us know what you think.
